Production account activation issue

Hello,

I’m trying to finalize my account activation to switch to production but on the last step “Accept your first payment” it is not possible to proceed. I receive an error message (see attached screenshot).

I will accept payment only from my Website.

It seems my company need to be checked manually by Square.
Could you confirm? And if yes, how long I have to wait?

I’m in France and is it possible to transmit my App ID in private mode?

I attached the status where everything seems ok, the last step is to make a payment.

The error when I try a payment is : This company accept no payment.

It works well with the sandox.

An application ID is safe to share. The only value that isn’t safe to share is your access token. That should never be shared. :slightly_smiling_face:
