We’ve integrated Square’s Orders API for placing orders and Terminal API for capturing payments. For the majority of our merchants, this integration works seamlessly. However, one of our merchants is experiencing an issue where an order is not appearing on the Square POS, even though the order and payment seem to have gone through successfully.

I just took a look at the sellers account and I see the order in there Dashboard which also means that the order should have pushed to the POS. Was the Orders page on the POS recently refreshed to it pulls in all new orders?
