Order.Create returning order ids but no orders in terminal or dashboard

I am using the Order.Create endpoint. Upon submitting the request, I am returned an order id, which is normally a sign of success. However, no order shows in the POS nor the dashboard. Does anyone have any insight of what may be causing this discrepancy?

(There’s only one location in the account so it’s doubtful that it’s due to an incorrect location.)

:wave: Orders with fulfillment details that have been fully paid will be pushed to the Square Dashboard Orders section, so that sellers can manage fulfillments within their seller Dashboard. Thanks. To be clear, this is only happening to one of our customers. Other merchants are receiving orders fine via the same integration.
