Label printer isn't printing online orders

One of my clients purchased this printer:

STAR TSP143 - USB/Ethernet Sticky Label Printer

She has gone into the settings and turned on printing of online orders, yet when an order comes in, it’s not printing. I have this working on several other businesses, so I know the integration is working, it seems to be something on her end. I just want to confirm that this printer will automatically print the orders if setup properly and if so, is there something I can reference to easily show her how to set it up?

The STAR TSP143 printer should be able to automatically print orders if set up correctly. However, the Point of Sale API and Reader SDK do not directly support any printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, or other peripherals connected through Square Stand. The integration is responsible for managing these peripherals.

If the printer is not printing orders, it could be due to a setup issue. It’s important to ensure that the printer is correctly configured within the Square Point of Sale application and that it’s connected properly.

If the issue persists, it might be helpful to check the printer’s settings and connectivity, or try resetting the printer or the device it’s connected to. It’s also worth checking if there are any updates available for the printer’s drivers or firmware.
