Inquiry: Creating Unpaid Orders in Square POS

Hi Team,

One of our clients has requested that orders be created as unpaid so that payment can be collected directly on the Square POS. However, we’ve observed that if we do not include a payment while injecting the order, it does not appear in the Square POS.

Could you please advise on how we can handle this scenario?

Hi @Mahesh, unfortunately we don’t currently support creating unpaid orders via the API that appear on the POS.
