Change square terminal back to normal mode from api mode without loosing setting?

I see how to log in a square terminal using the API login code received from the device create.

I have two terminals that we will use some times in ‘slave’ mode to the app, and some times as stand alones.

Is there anyway short of the factory reset (hold power button for N seconds until the count down timer and then let it factory reset) to log out of the API mode and go back to normal mode?

It’s a pain to reset the entire config every time we do that.

(Plus we will be using it with multiple different ‘accounts’ as we loan the terminals to other science fiction conventions so it would need different login ‘code’ for the each other convention’s account.
