App submission status is "In review" since noon with so little things to check

Hi,

Could you please help expedite the process a little. Last time I’ve submitted my app for review the status of it went to “In review” and stayed like that until the next day last minute of working day before it was reviewed. Now I’m worried that it is happening again since that the “in review” has been there since 12pm today. I can share a screenshot if that help.

I understand that everyone is busy. But I have an item or two left to be checked and. verified so if I’m just guessing that 4 hours so far should be a good time window to do such review. Especially that I have noticed that the database connected to the testing account had no activities since It was put under “In review”
