GoParrot leverages Square’s Payments and Orders APIs to accept remote orders from customers and push them to a Square Point of Sale in the restaurant. Online menus should always be the same as the menu in the point of sale, but it would be a huge burden for the manager to update two systems. By using Square’s Catalogue API, we can ensure that menus in GoParrot always reflect the latest updates to the menu in the point of sale. The API is easy to use and gives us all the information we need.”
