Hi: I am trying to find out if anyone tried to integrate WhatsApp to send Order updates via Whatsapp to Customer’s phone number.
Any status change should send a message to customer with change in status.

Hey @vkadiyala! We don’t have an existing integration with WhatsApp. I’m not sure if there are any community members who have built out something similar either.

Are you referring to seeing webhook logs? If so when you trigger an event they will show in your Webhook Logs in the Developer Console.
