We all of a sudden stopped getting payment.updated events sent to us. We’re still receiving other webhooks, but payment.updated is either heavily delayed or just lost. Last we received was at 2023-08-17 13:14:05 GMT-7
Is there a incident currently?
I don’t believe we’re receiving order.updated events either, since the same time.

I’ve deployed a quick fix to complete our payment flow via checking the order status directly via GetOrder rather than depending on the events, but I’d like to understand what the SLA is of the webhook system and how best I can find status for future issues. Is coming to the forums here the best way?
Both events are firing again.
According to the team there was an issue with orders and payments that was causing this issue which as you have noticed has stabilized.
