V2 payment.updated event not received on our endpoint

Hi, merchant made an order on 2021-09-01T01:06:13Z, but we cannot see the payment.updated events from application sq0idp-jGDZRe6E7xyhyEf3EkoMxA around that time. Actually we haven’t receive any payment.updated event from this merchant. Can you please check the reason?

Already solved by Bryan, the version of webhook should after 3.17.2021 to expect the payment.updated work
