Some of our customers are using Square only for accepting online orders. This is enabled through Order API and Payment API. However, the Square PoS app on iOS or Android doesn’t receive notification if the app is closed, or the tablet is in sleep mode.
Is there a way to send the push notification to the App even when the tablet is in sleep or the app is not active? Also, is there a way to customize the ringtone to buzz till the tablet is attended to?
