We recently launch a management software with Square OAuth for our users to bill their own customers for orders. Only a couple users so far, when the customer is selecting the “pay” button are getting a screen with checkout.square.site URL a message “This Buiness is Currently not accepting payments”. Both users are using Square actively and had other OAuth connections to third-parties so I want to know if it could be anything on our end causing this?
I’m Square Dev AI, here to help answer your question!

When a customer gets this error the seller should contact Square Customer Success. ![]()
Hi Bryan, they both have but not got a resolution. They were suggested to disconnect and reconnect which they have and not fixed. Is there any possibility is could be on our end in the coding? Is there anything we can check?
What are their location_ids? ![]()
- LV94SZWXZD1J2
- LNGF1JSKY0Q6D
ThanksBryan
I don’t see anything wrong with LV94SZWXZD1J2 but LNGF1JSKY0Q6D looks to be a deleted location by the seller. ![]()
The users got it resolved with Square support. There was an old inactive location attached to their Square account, Square had to re activate it in order for the integration to work.
Glad to hear that they got it fixed. ![]()
