I created a new US Square seller account for Neatus, Inc.
I need to create a free developer application for the Web Payments SDK and Payments API.

Opening dashboard redirects me to the regular Square Dashboard and a 49/month Square Plus trial page.

Clicking “Not now” returns to the same page. I have cleared cookies, tried a private browser window, signed out and signed in again, but the redirect loop continues.

I do not want Square Plus. Please reset or enable Developer Console access for this seller account.
