Square Terminal doesn't accept payment


Hi Square, one of our merchants is facing a weird Terminal issue. All the Terminals in his location are unable to accept the payment. Before inserting the card, the blue page turns to the error message page in less than 1 second. Could you check the reason?

What’s the application ID and the location_id that this is happening with? :slightly_smiling_face:

Sry for the late reply, we already reported it to another guy of Square and there was a team started to investigate it.
