When a seller challenges a dispute, they can provide evidence that the payment was valid. This is a two-step process: first, they upload the evidence, and then they submit it. Once the evidence has been submitted to the bank using the SubmitEvidence endpoint, the evidence for this dispute can no longer be removed or changed. Therefore, it’s important to ensure that all relevant evidence is included before submitting it. If the bank asks for more information after reviewing the submitted evidence, the seller can upload more evidence or accept the cardholder’s dispute. However, it’s crucial to note that evidence cannot be removed or altered after it has been submitted to the bank.
