Sandbox Dispute API

Hello,

I have tried to create a dispute on the sandbox following the instructions on this documentation

I have created a payment with many of the amounts referenced there but when I try to get the disputes I always get an empty object as if no disputes were ever created, is that an issue with the sandbox or I did something wrong?
