Dispute not displayed in seller dashboard

We noticed below dispute is available if we get it from square dispute API (we got this dispute from square webhook), but it’s not displayed in seller dashboard, could you please help to check?

btw, we also noticed dispute response-by time looks not consistent between dispute API and seller dashboard, not sure whether it’s related though:

I took a look at the disputes section of the Dashboard and I see the dispute your referencing. Are you sure it’s not correctly showing? :slightly_smiling_face:

Yes, i noticed it’s displayed in seller dashboard now, but it wasn’t there when I posted this, I don’t know why though.
