Type of service added to transaction report

Currently, when transactions come in from acuity into square, they are identified by a 10-digit code, the client’s name, and the date of purchase. Is there a feature that can be added where the type of service that was purchased could also be included in the transaction report? At this time I have to go through the payout reconciliation and label what type of service they purchased and then categorize it based on services. Other POS systems that we have used in the past were able to provide reports that x number of sales came from this type of service and so on. When talking to Acuity, they said this would require modifying the Square transaction API which isn’t modifiable from their end.

With our Orders API they could create itemized orders however it looks like Acuity isn’t currently using the Orders API to create orders with Square. They’re just creating payments. If they want to make this feature available they could add this functionality to the integration. :slight_smile:
