Square register receipt language issue

We have a merchant here having issue with Square Printing:[email protected]
On the menu, we have a mix of Chinese and English, but for some orders, it will only print out Chinese. However when we re-print those orders, both Chinese and English will show up correctly. Is this something related to settings?
