The language display in square dashbord is only in English

I have set the language setting of square dashbord to Japanese.
However, all that is displayed is English.

Is this with the Developer Dashboard or just the Seller Dashboard?

The problem was occurring in the Seller Dashboard.
The problem seems to be resolved now.
