Errors are displayed on the dashboard.
Error loading translations. Check your browser language settings. Preview builds do not support languages other than en-US.

Microsoft Edge did not show any errors.
Did you check your browser language settings? If so what language is it set too? 
The browser language setting is Japanese.
When I changed the setting to English, the error did not appear.
However, I have not specified Preview builds.
It now seems to work properly on google chrome.
