Is the sandbox dashboard for test accounts down?
It could be a temporary outage. I’d check the status page first and wait a bit before trying again. If it’s still down and your demo is urgent, consider opening a support ticket—they may be able to confirm the issue or suggest a workaround.
I have been trying to chat with them for the past day and a half now, and they are saying it is my cache. It is not. If you look in the console, they are unable to even reach their own API.
Could you share more detail on how you are getting this error? We are not currently experiencing any outages on our side but sandbox does have several limitations compared to our production surfaces.
Go to developer console → Sandbox test accounts → Square Dashboard. It loads and shows the above screenshot
You could try checking again after a little while. Sandbox dashboards sometimes have temporary outages or maintenance issues. If it’s still not loading, try clearing your browser cache or using another browser, and check the service status page if one is available. If others are seeing the same issue, it’s likely on their side.
