Can’t launch sandbox Dashboard from Ukraine IP’s.

I want to launch my sandbox dashboard to test payments during development. I always did everything: go to Square Developer Dashboard and run Launch Dashboard under the Sandbox test accounts section. It always works, but from today I get 403 Forbidden error.
This is a known issue and I’m checking with the team to see if there’s anything we can do.
