Hi Square team, @ashley-square and @Bryan-Square,
We are Quantum Innovation Lab (Quantum Foundry LLC), building restaurant ordering integrations for existing Square sellers. We received the acknowledgment of our App Partner application on August 23, 2026, but nearly a month later we have not received a further update or a reference number.
Our Square restaurant customers are patiently waiting for delivery orders from our integration to appear in Square POS and enter their normal kitchen-ticket printing workflow. We would appreciate help identifying the correct approval and enrollment path.
Our production integration successfully creates and pays Square orders. We have investigated a paid order created with DELIVERY fulfillment that did not print through the merchant’s Square POS. We understand that successful API creation/payment alone does not establish seller visibility or guarantee printing.
The Orders API fulfillment documentation says that DELIVERY orders are not available to sellers or shown in Square POS without a formal partnership, and directs developers to a Partner Manager for closed-beta access. We do not yet have an assigned Partner Manager or confirmation that our application is enrolled.
Could you please help us:
- Locate our August 23 application and confirm its status, reference number, and responsible contact?
- Confirm whether production
DELIVERYbeta access is currently available to our integration, and explain the requirements and next steps to enable it? - Clarify whether this access can be reviewed separately while the broader partnership / Marketplace process is pending?
- If access is unavailable, advise the supported approach for delivery orders to reach sellers’ Square POS workflows?
We can share the application email, application ID, affected merchant details, and a production order example privately with Square staff. Please let us know the appropriate private channel.
An acknowledgment and an indication of when we can expect the next update would help us set clear expectations with our customers.
Thank you,
Poran Kazi
