Our account was deactivated I don't know why

I use Squareup for my IOS application for a year now. yesterday all of the sudden I got an email that my account is deactivated without any explanation. Since the app is in Beta Test I only had 50-60 transactions in the last year.
Is there any way I know what went wrong?
Please help!

Do you have the contact info. I talked to the customer service team and she said she cannot connect me anywhere.
