We’ve been proud Square partners for years, using Square as the payment processor for our kiosk ordering product. Our Android kiosk app has been running smoothly for some time, and we’re now excited to launch the iOS version.
We submitted a request to the Square team on August 13 (Case #: 110137316), but have not yet received a response. We kindly request your assistance in adding our iOS application INFI Kiosk to your MFi Product Plan, and checking whether the review is currently in progress.
When you reached out for MFi approval did you use the link on our Developer Documentation page for Stand and Kiosk? 
Yeah, we submitted the form here and got the automatic response: Square Notification for Case #: 110137316. But it’s been one week and we still haven’t received any follow-up.
It looks like it was submitted to the regular support queue rather then the form link where we request all the information we need to submit to MFi. If you can fill out that form we can make the request to MFi. 
Thank you for your suggestion. We’ve submitted the form through the correct link yesterday morning, and have received Case #110282136. Could you please check if it is currently in progress and how much time it may take?
Yes, I got the request and we’ve submitted it to MFi. We will reach out when we get notice of approval.
