May i know whether processing fee will be charged for authorized payment (created via square payment API with autocomplete=false)?
and whether it will be charged if the authorized payment is cancelled afterwards?

Yes, processing fees are applied when a payment is initially authorized (created via Square Payment API with autocomplete=false).
