We have heard this from multiple sellers in the past, but we have one specific seller that send us specific orders numbers that were popped up on Square POS 10 to 15 minutes late.
Is there any specific reason for this types of delays that we can report back to sellers?

When we fetch the order xMD8uNS0SdXbYSHUmWxldiGksEYZY , we see that it was placed at 2020-09-02T15:12:55.252Z but it was accepted at 2020-09-02T15:27:51.869Z
Hey Amin, I don’t see anything super obvious, but I’m going to run this by our orders team. Most likely we won’t have an answer until tomorrow, but we’re definitely looking into it .
After taking a look at our internal logs, it looks like the device that this order was being sent to was having connection issues between
2020-09-02 15:03:18.993 and
2020-09-02 15:25:21.474; it wasn’t making any successful network requests to Square in the POS app, they kept failing, which indicates that possibly the device lost internet connection or there was something going on with the POS application itself that was preventing network connection.
