Dashboard doesn't reflect correct number of loyalty accounts

Hello, I was wondering why the Loyalty API dashboard (https://squareupsandbox.com/dashboard/customers/loyalty) is always showing 0 for the count of Loyalty accounts. I’ve successfully created a program and registered numerous accounts under it, but the number on the dashboard stays the same: 0.

I’m still testing this on Sandbox mode, so not sure if it makes a difference. I’m able to see orders and other API info, so my understanding was that it didn’t matter.

In case anyone else is wondering, It’s an issue on the sandbox environment. The details are shown correctly on Production environment. Confirmed by the Square employees on Slack. Square Loyalty team is aware of it.
