I recently enrolled my business in the Loyalty program. However, on the Square Register POS, customers aren’t able to log in. The phone number is typed in and the screen says “Unable to check-in”. However, on the backend I still see Loyalty accounts being created. I can see activities listed in the Activity → All Activity, and I see things through the API. However all of the Loyalty graphs show no data, or N/A. What is the cause for this?
Are customers accruing points? Also I’d recommend reaching out to Customer Success where you can reach a hardware professional to help troubleshoot why its not letting the customer to check their balance since the API are working as expected.
