Hey,

Yep, it should be! Let us know if you run into any issues, though, of course.
Hey, looking at the below link:
https://developer.squareup.com/docs/loyalty/overview
It is a two-step process:
1. Set up a loyalty program in the Square Seller Dashboard.
2. Integrate your application with the Loyalty API to create loyalty accounts for buyers, add points for purchases, and redeem points for rewards.
It doesnt allow me to setup a loyalty program in the Seller Dashboard.
As mentioned earlier, we are a UK company. Do we need to do step one to fully integrate the loyalty api into our application?
Apologies for the misinformation, I was incorrect. It appears the Loyalty program is not available in the UK at this time. I’ll see if we can get the documentation updated to reflect this.
Well that’s not ideal, we have already paid him to do work. Is there any work around or time frame when it can be used in the UK?
I’m not sure to be honest. According to this article: Square Loyalty International Availability | Square Support Center - US, it’s supported in US, Canada, and Australia, but not UK or Japan at this time unfortunately. We typically do not release public timelines, so I do not have an ETA on when it will be available.
Is there any work around though? As a business we can purchase loyalty programs from the squareup marketplace from other providers which link to our squareup business account so that means they have access to our customer records by some API?
You can definitely pull customer information via the Customers API, but it does not know anything about loyalty or loyalty points, nor is there a way to track them in that API. In order to use the Loyalty API, you need to first set up a loyalty account in your Square dashboard, and since that isn’t possible, there’s no way to start using the Loyalty API unfortunately.
