Using Loyalty API to sync points on Shopify

Hello,

We are in the process of migrating to Shopify for just the eCommerce side of things. We would like to preserve Square’s loyalty program for our online shoppers as well. Would we be able to accomplish this by utilizing the Loyalty API? We currently use the Make platform for other API needs, and wondering if we could sync loyalty accounts/points between Square loyalty & another loyalty app (for Shopify) through the Loyalty API. Does anyone have any prior experience to something similar, and in theory, would something like this be possible? Thank you!

You can definitely use our Loyalty API to create an application that keeps both loyalty programs in sync. Do you have a developer to build this? If not you can reach out to Square Specialists. :slight_smile:

Thank you for the reply, and will look into Square specialists! Just off the top of your head, is there an app that might work for this purpose?

Unfortunately, I’m not aware of any application that would solve for this use case. :slight_smile:
