Are there any possible workarounds to associating an order created with the orders API with a terminal checkout payment so an itemized receipt can be printed? I am aware that the feature is currently only available in the US.

Currently, there is no workaround to associate an order created with the Orders API with a Terminal checkout payment for printing an itemized receipt outside of the US. This feature is only available in the US as per Square’s current implementation.
