Adding Images to Catalogue Items makes them disappear from the sandbox dashboard?

Hello, When I add images through the API explorer to existing items in my catalogue that I populated through the dashboard, it seems like they disappear from the dashboard item library right after. However If I search for the item using:{Object_ID}

It still appears. Also when I try to add images through the dashboard itself, it appears to cause an Internal Server Error. Was hoping someone could help me figure out why this is.

Can you share an item_id that you are adding images to that no longer show up? I can’t replicate this behavior, although I was able to successfully replicate the internal server error when manually adding images, so I’m following up with our Catalog team about that.
