Unable to access my account

I set up a Square Developer account and application a few days ago and completed testing successfully at the time (created an application, generated Sandbox credentials, and successfully created and retrieved a test order via the Orders API).

When I log into the same account now using the same credentials, I’m being routed into the account, but instead of landing on the Developer Console / Applications page, I’m seeing a page that says “You have nothing to manage.”

I’ve tried:

  • Going directly to Sign up for Square
  • Refreshing and clearing cache
  • Trying an incognito/private browser window

The issue persists across these attempts. I need to access the existing application’s Sandbox Application ID and Application Secret (for the OAuth page) to complete an integration that is otherwise ready to go live.

Could someone help me understand why the Developer Console isn’t loading for this account anymore, and how I can regain access?

Thank you.

Existing Developer applications cannot be deleted or archived, so your work should still be out there! Could you try the following:

  1. Sign out of Square completely, sign back in, and select the account that originally created the application if the account picker appears.
  2. In Square Dashboard, check Staff > Team > Permissions and confirm the user you are logging in as has Full Access. Sandbox access is restricted to the application owner.
  3. Reopen the Developer Console.

If the correct owning account still shows “You have nothing to manage,” Square will need to review the account/application association. DM me if the above steps don’t resolve the issue!
