the Sandbox Dashboard is unresponsive across multiple sections (Loyalty, sandbox test account details). Refer the screenshot below. It is stuck at this for forever. Did a hard refresh but didnt work.

Unfortunately the sandbox’s dashboard does not have complete parity with production and it may be difficult to know from the UI what is and isn’t supported. Our general recommendation is to use the sandbox for API/Integration work, but otherwise test end to end in the production account.
That being said, I was able to load the Promotions tab in my sandbox. Are you still seeing an issue on that tab? You could try an incognito window or a different browser.
