Sandbox item modifier removed but still showing in retrieve catalog object endpoint

I am retrieving the catalog object "id": "TQBHKAOD3L2IMGVA6677JWAJ" and I only have assigned the modifier list "modifier_list_id": "QGTJYGJRATNSSIFOV5VLKH6B" which is a text-based modifier to it on the dashboard but I am also receiving "modifier_list_id": "4UAIZESVOUXR6BRDY3GIEOFE" and "modifier_list_id": "BJZ65OYA5HG5Y5XXNYMOVO6R" why is that? I tried adding and removing those modifiers but they still show in the API response.

@arian.asghari95 If you removed those modifiers via the dashboard, you should see enabled: false on the object in modifier_list_info. Dashboard removals toggle enabled rather than deleting the association.
