There is no Appointment/Bookings menu in Sandbox. Can a booking be created via the API in Sandbox? If not I request that appointments/bookings be available in sandbox mode. Otherwise I will need to write code against production which of course is bad practice.
You can definitely create bookings with the Bookings API in sandbox. What menu are you referring to?
