This error occurs when I click on the PROVIDER TEST BOOKING SITE URL in the appointment booking on sandbox account.

Looks like there was an issue on our side. Can you try navigating there again and let me know if it still doesn’t work?

Apologies for the confusion, I misunderstood originally. The sandbox booking URL currently is not supported unfortunately, so it will not work.
