Getting 500 on /v2/bookings POST not sure what Im doing wrong

Hello,
Im following the instruction on Sandbox 101: Bookings API - YouTube to create a new appointment.
I get an issue when i try to send the POST /v2/bookings
I used the API explorer and got the same issue
https://developer.squareup.com/explorer/square_2021-11-17/bookings-api/create-booking

Is there anything I’m missing or doing wrong?
