After a client subscribes to a recurring payment plan, how do I sent an automated / instant email with additional information (e.g. how to access the subscription products / services) and also send myself / my organization a copy of the email we sent to the customer?
Once a customer signs up for a subscription you can listen to webhook events. Once notified of a subscription you can use our APIs to pull in all the information that you’d like to send in an additional email to the customer.
Also when a customer signs up for a subscription with the Subscriptions API Square won’t send an email notifying you of a new customer signup.
