Recieving "Payment Failed" on the sandbox virtual terminal

When I try to create a mock payment in the sandbox virtual terminal, I am just getting a screen that says “Payment Failed”.

I was trying to record an itemized, cash payment. This has always worked in the past for me but today it is just giving this error. Is there something I can do to record payments again?

Can you share your sandbox app id (and the name of the sandbox test account you’re using)? I just tested this on my own account and it seems to have worked successfully.
