Customer has tried to purchase on our website with several devices and cards and we even tried over the phone but are receiving this error from the https://checkout.square.site/merchant payment page. Is this tied to current POS issues? Even after payment authorisation the payment won’t process and returns the Rate Limit error in the screenshot.
