In a sandbox account I am trying to add orders with payments for testing. I am able to add them to one of the locations I have set up but not the second one I get an error saying payments are not authorized. When I look in the dashboard for the test account and try to add a payment it says I have to finish setting up my account before I can use all of the payment methods below. There is a link to finish onboarding but it goes to a 404 page.
So should I be able to add orders/payments to all of the locations in a sandbox or is this expected behavior.

If this is for a location other then the default location then this is expected and a limitation of the Square sandbox at this time. You can only use the default test location to take payments with in sandbox. We’re constantly working to improve our features based on feedback like this, so I’ll be sure to share your request to the API product team.
