No, currently Square does not support displaying the invoice through an iframe on your site. The Invoices API allows you to create and manage invoices, but the actual payment process is handled by Square. After an invoice is published, Square sends an email to the customer with a link to a secure, Square-hosted invoice payment page. The customer can then click the link to view and pay the invoice.
