I would love for my customers to be able to multiselect dropdown menu items when booking through square.
Where is this booking taking place? Is it in the Square provided app or on a web view? Or is this in a custom integration.
It’s both the web view and the new square go app.
My clients want to choose multiple services from the drop down menu. I want to keep the service list clean by offering the drop down option.
For example, a client wants to choose multiple waxing services, such as eyebrows and upper lip. That can’t done because the program only allows for one option to be selected from the drop down menu.
But, if I didn’t use the drop down (variation) feature, the service list would be really long and very confusing for my customers. Here’s my web link.
I’ve been with square for a long time, I use most all of the features. This issue has been a thorn in my side and a problem for customers since the beginning. I have requested a fix for it multiple times, and have been told there’s nothing that can be done.
I see a lot of different options out in the world for the products I need, and have been considering a switch because I pay a lot of money to square and I’m not completely satisfied with it. Could this one problem please get fixed?
