Make it so details of personal events are just "Busy" on Square Appointments

When my employees add their personal calendar to Square Appointments, it shows me all of their personal stuff.

And if they can see each other’s Square Appointments Calendar, they can call see each other’s personal events. Can it just say say “Busy,” or similar? I spoke with support and they said that it’s not possible to hide this. Is that right?

That is correct, it’s not currently possible to hide personal events on an employees calendar. We’re constantly working to improve our features based on feedback like this, so I’ll be sure to share your request to the API product team. :slightly_smiling_face:
