I’m trying to automate kitchen performance and are looking to access item completion time via API.
I thought I could access this information via the orders-api and have managed to pull Created At and Closed At however don’t appear to be the correct fields as are suggesting items are being completed within seconds of each other.
Anyone able to be able to do this
There really isn’t a great way to get item completion data with our APIs. You can track fulfillment state however since an order will always return the most current version of the order there’s a possibility of missing a version of the order and there currently isn’t a way to get previous versions of an order. We’re constantly working to improve our features based on feedback like this, so I’ll be sure to share your request to the API product team.
