Invoice showing as UNPAID but customer has receipt


We have a customer with a receipt showing that they paid an invoice but when we query the invoice status, using the API, the invoice shows as UNPAID. How is that possible?

We don’t have access to the Payments API. Can our client (…the
merchant) see it from their dashboard?


Yeah, if they click on the payment in the Dashboard it will be in the URL. It will look something like: NYhKDQL8KIWBAeFz7xbhGohZuaB.


I’ve further researched this with the merchant. There was some
miscommunication with the customer who presented the receipt. Please
disregard this issue. So sorry for the confusion.
